One of the most tricky body parts in a woman’s body is the belly. It’s one of the fat storages and more than often the tissues there loosen after giving birth. In order to become tight again, you need to exercise a lot and eat properly. However, there are a few tips that can help you achieve your goal even faster.
- Regular meals
The ideal time of eating is every 3-4 hours, in order to keep your diabetes balanced and insulin levels low. High levels of insulin cause the body to store fat – mainly in the abdomen.
- Cucumbers
Cucumbers deserve your attention when it comes to diet. They are diuretic so they reduce swelling in the belly, they have no calories, they are super tasty and they favor a good digestion in order to avoid bloating. Cut them into thin strips and eat guilt-free.
- Water with lemon
If you add a few drops or slices of lemon in your water things will get much more interesting. Water becomes tasty, while lemon stimulates metabolism, acts as a natural diuretic and fills the body with antioxidants that fight free radicals.
- Salty baths
In cases where abdominal bloating is caused by fluid retention, a very immediate solution is to take a warm bath with salts. Your body expels the extra water much faster and the swelling will vanish.
- Intermitten exercise
Try working out 5 times a week for 30 minutes with medium intensity aerobic exercises. Try walking and running alternately for 1′ minute each time. Grab a snack (mostly with protein) within 30 minutes of your work out.
