Many women believe that nighttime skincare routine is not necessary  and important, especially the ones under 30. On the contrary we have to remove any makeup before going to bed, like we shouldn’t go out without sunscreen during the day. Special nowdays, with social distancing, we have the opportunity to dedicate some time for ourselves and we no longer have any excuse not to do it.

So, what are the steps we need to follow for our nighttime skincare routine in order to have a clean and shining face no matter how old we are?

Step 1: Carefully remove any signs of makeup, using a  milky face cleanser or makeup removing wipes.

Step 2: Wash our face with a cleanser compatible to your skin type. There are a lot of gels, foams and creams, just find what suits you best. This step is super important so you have to clean your face and neck thoroughly.

Step 3: After washing your face, it’s important to restore your skin’s pH balance. So you need a toner, that will offer a deep cleansing at the same time. You should be careful to avoid toner application to the eye area.

Step 4: Before going to bed, you have to apply the night cream of your choice by gently massaging the skin. Don’t forget  the eye cream, which nourishes your skin and provides a more fresh look.
