Every season I’m looking forward to the Chanel fashion show. Not just for the garments, as I’m a crazy Chanel fan, but also to see what the eternal teenager Karl Lagerfeld thought of for the catwalk decor.

Every time he manages to overcomes himself and he has something more exciting to show us. From romantic gardens, impressive waterfalls and the Eiffel Tower to futuristic scenery, huge icebergs and a rocket that launches.

The Grand Palais, with its huge glass roof, is the place that he trusts for his creations, and has recently announced that Chanel will sponsor the project for its restoration starting in December 2020.

For me it was the most impressive setting I’ve ever seen. Huge waterfalls with the models coming out from the rock and walk through a wooden bridge.
