No more useless garments in your wardrobe… your next buy should be a choice that really belongs in there. Choose your clothes according to the Golden Rule of 10.
What is the rule of 10? When you think of buying a garment you should make an evaluation. Do yourself the following questions and if the score is not a 1o in all of them, then just don’t buy it.
First of all it should fit perfectly. Don’t buy it if it needs to much remaking. A bit of a narrowness or shortening its the limit… don’t settle for anything more than that.
Buy it only if its flawless. Otherwise you most probably won’t be able to fix it, so its a waste of money.
Pay more attention to quality not just in the price. There are garments that can fool us with their low price but in reality they ‘re just for one use. They wont last more than the first wash. Try to buy your clothes from stores that you trust and they have proven to you in the past that their garments last in time. Invest in more expensive garments that will be suitable for any occasion and they will last long.
Think about this garment if there are more clothes in your wardrobe to mix & match. Chances are that you won’t find something later on and it will remain in your closet with the label on. On the other hand the more it mix & matches with your clothes, the better.
Don’t buy something just because its the trend of the season. Make sure it matches your style and you feel comfort in it. Besides trends come in so many designs that you’ll find the right one for you.
