I apply the mask for 25 to 30 minutes until it dries and remove it with warm water. This is a wonderful ritual that gives me the opportunity to have some relax time for myself, a real blessing when you can escape from the heavy daily program and the care of two children. That’s why I do not miss this opportunity twice a week.
