The quarantine, the strict measures of the government for prevention of spread of coronavirus, they’ve made us feel a little stressed. Suddenly we have to stay at home, our daily routine changed and the are not a lot of choices for fun and meeting with friends.

As big and sudden changes happened in our lives wich is difficult sometimes to manage without reacting and remaining calm. Furthermore a lot of times there are two or three or even more people living in one house, in quarantine conditions, and that can create problems and tension between family members.

So how will you be able to get rid of the stress from the coronavirus now that you have to stay at  home all day?

First of all, it is important to take a break from the news. If all day  you are watching tv and listening the same things about the measures, the victims, the patients and lockdown, then you and your family will have more stress. By now you are totally aware what the situation is. So for one day, you don’t have to watch the news.

Take care of your body, and not just this period. Protect your body by eating healthy, so that it will  receive all the necessary vitamins, and drink plenty of water.  That way you will feel good physically and mentally. Furthermore you can find free online yoga or gym lessons  in Youtube or Instagram.

Finally for your relaxation, don’t think over and over again the same things and  the quarantine. You can read a  novel, take a bath and sleep for eight hours. Don’t forget to remain optimistic!
