It is a fact that instagram is a huge source of inspiration, both for interior design and home decor. Every now and then a new interesting trend appears and makes us wanting to learn more about it.
This time we can not resist the charm of the decorative vases and specifically the “donut vases” the shape of wich reminds us, our favourite breakfast delicacy.

The shapes as well as the sizes of the donut vases vary. You will often see them empty, decorated next to other objects in a minimal mood, with some dried flowers but also full of beautiful fresh ones.
Although donut vases are a recent trend that is gaining more and more ground among deco lovers, they could be characterised as a timeless choice and it would not be an exaggeration to say that they carry something of the glamor of museum’s exhibits of Greek art.

You will find them in many sizes and colours but in any case their minimal character and the aesthetics of the specific vases do not really match the large bouquets of flowers.
Combine them ideally with dried flowers or twigs, otherwise keep them empty as minimal and elegant decorative items.
