The final collection of Virgil Abloh was presented by the house of Louis Vuitton in Miami, paying tribute to the talented designer who passed away at the early age of 41, losing the battle with cancer.
With creations that break the boundaries, his latest collection made a big impression to the public once again. Bright colors and designs that do not comply with the dress code we are used to, Virgil Abloh advocates freedom of expression and creativity without restrictions, something that made him stand out throughout his career.
Many famous friends of the designer, such as Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Pharrel Williams and others, attended the fashion show, titled “Virgil was here”. The guests were welcomed at the entrance of the Marine Stadium, by a large statue of Virgil Abloh and a red airballoon. The show was scheduled long before the unfortunate event and it was his and his family wish not to be canceled.
